**Milestone 2: NFT Marketplace Development and CIA Token Creation**

1. **Finishing Creating an NFT Marketplace for Buying and Selling Emails**
   * **Multi-Blockchain Integration:**
     * Develop and integrate support for Ethereum (ETH), Avalanche (AVAX), Solana (SOL), and Binance Smart Chain (BNB).
     * Ensure seamless interoperability between these blockchains for smooth transactions.
   * **Multi-Domain Support:**
     * Implement the capability to support multiple email domains within the marketplace.
     * Allow users to select from various domains during the email purchasing process.
   * **FIAT Payment Integration:**
     * Integrate FIAT payment gateways to allow users to purchase emails with traditional currencies.
     * Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
   * **User Interface and Experience:**
     * Design an intuitive and user-friendly interface for the NFT marketplace.
     * Implement features such as search, filter, and sorting options for easy navigation.
   * **Security and Scalability:**
     * Implement robust security measures to protect user data and transactions.
     * Ensure the marketplace can scale to accommodate growing user demand and transaction volume.
   * **Testing and Quality Assurance:**

2. **Creating the CIA Token**
