**Milestone 3: Domain Acquisition and Exchange Listing**

**Completion Date: April 15, 2025**

1. **Purchase 3 Additional Premium Domain Names**
   * **Domain Selection and Acquisition:**
     * Identify and shortlist potential premium domain names that align with the project’s brand and goals.
     * Negotiate and finalize the purchase of three premium domain names.
   * **Create a Domain Trust:**
     * Establish a legal trust entity to hold and manage the purchased domains.
     * Define the terms and conditions under which the domains can be used or liquidated.
   * **Legal and Financial Structuring:**
     * Ensure all legal documentation is in place to protect the trust and the domains.
     * Set up mechanisms for the liquidation of domains in the event of project failure to compensate CIA coin holders.
   * **Community Communication:**
     * Inform the community about the acquisition of the domains and the creation of the domain trust.
     * Explain the purpose and benefits of the domain trust for project stability and user confidence.
2. **Finish Contracts to List CIA Token on 2 Crypto Exchanges**
   * **Finalize Agreements:**
     * Review and finalize the contracts with the two pre-secured crypto exchanges.
     * Ensure all legal and financial terms are clear and agreed upon by both parties.
   * **Contract Execution:**
     * Execute the contracts with the exchanges.
     * Announce the names of the exchanges to the community on the date of contract execution.
   * **Preparation for Listing:**
     * Coordinate with the exchanges to prepare for the listing of the CIA Token.
     * Ensure all technical requirements and integrations are completed.
   * **Marketing and Announcement:**
     * Develop a marketing plan to promote the listing of CIA Token on the exchanges.
     * Create announcements and promotional materials to inform the community and potential investors.
   * **Monitoring and Support:**
     * Monitor the performance and trading of CIA Token on the exchanges post-listing.
     * Provide support to users and traders as needed to ensure a smooth experience.
